Our
CATI system (Computer Assisted Telephone Interviewing) uses today's
technology for automating clerical tasks: sample management, quota
control, and skip patterns; as well as to produce timely and
accurate status reports. The CATI software allows us to design
and manage the data collection process with maximum consistency and
efficiency. Question counts and topline reports are available
on a realtime basis. The software automates sample reports and
productivity measures, allowing our supervisors to concentrate on
monitoring the interviewers' execution of the questionnaire.
