Data ReportingAt the
completion of data collection, data can be returned in a variety of
formats, depending on the project needs.
Data Files
Data files are available in Fixed Field ASCII, DBF, Excel, SPSS,
Comma Delimited and Tab Delimited formats. Files may include: merged
data from both the questionnaire response file and the sample
database; combined data from telephone and online response files;
data from previous and current waves.
Tabulations
Cross tabulations of the survey results can be provided in a
concise, easily readable Microsoft Word format. Tables are
customized to meet the needs of the research analysis.
Open-end Coding and Verbatim Reporting
In order to quantify open-end responses, coding is available.
After 20% of the interviewing has been completed, codes are
developed for each open-end question. These codes are then used to
categorize responses into like categories.
Verbatim response listings can be sorted by various data points.
