Research Services has full online capabilities using our customized
online survey software that gives our clients the flexibility their
projects require. This flexible research solution allows clients the
ability to collect the same information traditionally done via mail
or other self-administered methods, but in an easier, more cost
effective and timely manner.
With
proprietary software and online services, Stone Research Services
conducts stand alone Internet surveys using email sample lists as
well as combination telephone/Internet surveys for which respondents
are initially contacted by telephone. The latter methodology
provides for controlled screening of potential respondents to ensure
study qualifications are met and it allows respondents the option of
completing interviews by phone or online. The ability to provide
this option not only offers convenience to respondents but also
significantly enhances participation rates and improves the
integrity and representativeness of survey samples.
Unlimited
open-ends, complex skip patterns, and controlling question
response/non-response are just some features that ensure the highest
quality survey responses. In addition to asking a variety of
question types, we also have the ability to further customize online
surveys. Whether it’s a web security solution that allows a
participant to respond only once, allowing a respondent the ability
to stop the survey and resume later, providing daily quota counts,
